Event Policies

Admission Policy

All persons planning to attend any Nutrition Capital Network event(s) must be registered for each event.

Literature & Product Distribution

Company promotion, sample and literature distribution by attendees must be done within contracted sponsorships and marketing opportunities or with prior approval from show management. The New Hope Network standards department review and approval is required prior to distribution of any materials.

No Smoking

All Nutrition Capital Network event areas are non-smoking. Anyone who wishes to smoke may do so in designated areas only. We appreciate your cooperation.

No Pets

Pets are not allowed at Nutrition Capital Network events. The only exception is for service animals. Please contact Customer Service with questions.

Advanced Stage

Companies that have established revenue, growth and profitability history. Revenues of $20-$100 million or higher and looking for capital for major initiatives, growth, globalization or acquisitions Investments of $10-50 million usually sought.

Second Round or Later Stage

Companies that have already raised structured capital, with revenues of $5 million or higher and looking for growth capital. Investments of $5-20 million usually sought.

Photography/Videography/ Audio Recording

Attendees are not permitted to photograph, record, or videotape any portion of the conference proceedings. Working members of the press are required to check-in at registration, in order to photograph and/or videotape at the show. No other photography, audio recording, or videography is permitted.

Attendees understand that Show Management or its authorized representatives may conduct interviews and may take photographs and/or videotape at the Nutrition Capital Network event(s). Exhibitors and attendees hereby grant to Show Management and its authorized representatives the absolute right and permission to use my name, likeness, biographical information, voice, content of any interview, image and/or photograph and any other indicia of persona (“Persona”) or to refrain from doing so, in any manner or media whether existing now or hereinafter developed (including without limitation the World Wide Web and the Internet), worldwide, for trade, advertising and/or promotional purposes. Attendees agree they shall have no rights of review or approval, no Claim to compensation, and no Claim arising out of or resulting from the use, alteration, blurring, distortion or illusionary effect (whether intentional or otherwise) or use in any composite form of Persona and agree to release and hold Show Management and its authorized representatives harmless for any and all such use(s).

Sensitive Information Policy

Attendees of Nutrition Capital Network events may be exposed to confidential information during the normal course of the event, including but not limited to financial information and other company details disclosed by presenting companies. All information provided during Nutrition Capital Network events is confidential and intended only for official event registrants, and may not be copied or disclosed.

Application Approval

Nutrition Capital Network reserves the right to review, approve, or cancel your registration application.

Right to Verify Identity

Event badges are required at all times while attending all Nutrition Capital Network education, events and activities. Nutrition Capital Network reserves the right to verify the identity of any persons, accepting and/or using an event badge. Any person found using another person's badge will have the badge confiscated and will be asked to correctly register or leave the premises.

Email Policy

Nutrition Capital Network and New Hope Network require a unique email address be provided for all registrations to attend our in-person events. The unique email address is required to manage our directory of all attendees. By registering and providing your contact information, you acknowledge and agree to the use by Informa of your contact information to communicate with you about events, products, services and offerings by Informa, its brands, affiliates, and/or third-party partners, consistent with Informa's Privacy Policy (accessible at http://engage.informa.com/privacy-statement/). In addition, you understand that your personal information may be shared with any sponsors of the event, so they can contact you directly about their products or services. Please refer to the privacy policies of such sponsors for more details on how your information may be used by them.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be given for any reason. Cancellations received prior to 14 days of a Nutrition Capital Network event are eligible to receive credit towards the next upcoming Nutrition Capital Network event. No credit or refunds will be given for cancellations received within 14 days of the event.

Hold Harmless Policy

Attendees hereby agree to release and hold harmless Show Management, its employees, vendors, agents, contractors, and owners from any and all alleged and/or actual liability, claims, actions, lawsuits, damages, or losses, of any kind (Claim”) which arise out of or result from attendance at and participation in the conference, including but not limited to property damage and personal injuries, whether or not foreseeable.

Right to Deny or Remove

We reserve right to deny admission to, or remove any party from, the Nutrition Capital Network event(s) for any reason.
